Identical twins in marketing alliance

Advancing Tourism to Africa (www.atta.travel) has signed a strategic alliance with the Seattle-based, Adventure Travel Trade Association (www.adventuretravel.biz), a global membership organization dedicated to unifying, networking, promoting and responsibly growing the Adventure Travel market.

The membership of both Associations includes tour operators, destination marketing organizations, tourism boards, guides, accommodation, media and service providers. By exchanging contacts and data bases both Associations will continue to expand their marketing network. Advancing Tourism to Africa will now reach new US markets and the Adventure Travel Trade Association will in turn strengthen partnerships between US and the African Tourism community.

Great Plains Conservation
The partners of Great Plains Dereck & Beverly Joubert, Mark Read, Paul Harris & Colin Bell have come together with one main goal – to create iconic, role model, sustainable conservation projects. These five individuals in their 50's pooled their wide ranging skills and experience to create innovative, world-class conservation projects in a number of diverse and threatened habitats throughout Africa, the Indian Ocean and eventually in India. The world's citizens must make a choice - "where to from here?" We believe there can only be one goal - saving some of the last great, iconic, and wild places of the world. This is the mission: to find the right formula between conservation, communities and commerce. Great Plains Conservation's model takes stressed and threatened environments, surrounds them with compassionate protection and intelligent management.
