The Atta Networking Lounge
The Atta lounge (AF750) will be on the main floor adjacent to the Atta stand (AF650).
This lounge is a networking hospitality hub, for members and their guests to meet over coffee for short periods.
There will also be a left luggage facility.
Members using the lounge must have an Atta sticker on their badge to be obtained at the Atta registration desk in the lounge.
We are looking for a main sponsor for this lounge
Sponsorship package:
1. Promotional signage within a mutually agreed area at the lounge. (Signage supplied by sponsor).
2. Advertising panels on the lounge walls. (All artwork to be supplied by sponsor)
3. The sponsor will be the only company allowed their own dedicated desk for meetings.
4. Tea and coffee will be available during your meetings
5. Free internet access
6. Display of company literature in Atta Lounge.
7. Atta to collect business cards on your behalf.
8. Company logo placed in prominent positions within the Atta main stand AF 650 (Sponsor supplies artwork)
9. Three WTM badges free of charge
10. Inclusion of your company name on the "Sponsors Page" in the next Atta directory
11. Your logo will be displayed on the home page of the Atta website with a link to your corporate website for one calendar year.
12. Prominent recognition (i.e. event "in association with...") on every Atta communiqué for WTM 2011.
13. Opportunity to host a networking drinks on the stand. A joint promotion with Atta, drinks costs equally divided
14. One special promotional email to Atta members.
