About us
We are a fast growing safari tourism company in East Africa. We own and manage a portfolio of 8 small up-market camps and lodges in Tanzania, Kenya and Zanzibar. We also provide tailored travel and activity services such as professional safari guides, 3rd-party accommodation, flights and guided game drives and walks.
The Vacancy
We are currently seeking to employ single and couple Camp Managers and Relief Camp Managers in our properties in Tanzania, Kenya and Zanzibar with the following Duties and Responsibilities
Key Requirements:

Responsible for the overall running of the property including both guest service delivery and financial performance.

Attending to all the needs of international travelers, hosting them at meal times and maintaining standards of food and beverage from variety, ordering, costing, storage, preparation and presentation.

Continually assess the standard and opportunities to improve the aesthetic appeal of all the guest amenities;

Providing and monitoring guest feedback; suggesting improvement and additions to overall guest experience.

Collating the necessary data for the monthly reporting schedules.
Skills and experience:
-
Experience working in an East African environment or an East African passport holder will be a significant plus

Be a strong leader and understand the challenges and rewards in working with a local workforce

Proven attention to detail and excellent Customer service skills

Proven administration skills, preferably with basic bookkeeping experience

Proven experience in the executing of environmental policies
