Job Description

 

A newly created position exists to run the operations of the key products of this dynamic tourism and hospitality group located in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Chobe, Botswana.
The successful applicant is required to: 
  • Be self-driven and target orientated with international and African experience in tourism, hospitality and leisure operations.

  • Have formal training and/or relevant qualifications in the hotel and restaurant industry together with practical experience and a proven track record in 5 star/luxury hotel/resort management.

  • Have strong financial management and quality management skills to run multi- faceted operations and 250 employees in a developing world environment.

  • Report to the Executive Chairman, CEO and Board of Directors.

  • Have the right of abode and the right to work in Zimbabwe.

  • Be willing to reside and be based full time in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
