African Bush Camps open two new airstrips in Zimbabwe
By African Bush CampsAfrican Bush Camps have added two new airstrips to their portfolio in Zimbabwe.
Manga Airstrip, in the heart of Hwange National Park, is a mere 30 minute drive from Somalisa Private Concession where Somalisa Camp and Somalisa Acacia are located. Approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, the Civil Aviation Inspector dubbed the airstrip to be 'the best bush landing airstrip in Zimbabwe'.
Dandawa Airstrip, a mere 30 minute drive from Kanga Camp, allows guests to enjoy a short game drive as they are transferred from the private airstrip to the luxury tented camp within a private concession at the world heritage site, Mana Pools.
