Corporate Flight Attendant Training for Phoenix Aviation

In our quest to constantly improve customer service and safety practices, Phoenix Aviation recently engaged Maria Ruskell of Myriad Aviation Training to travel from Hertfordshire, United Kingdom to Nairobi to conduct a five day Corporate Flight Attendant Training Programme, which focused on customer service, safety and training procedures.

During the Safety & Emergency Procedure training days, Maria facilitated the close working of both pilots and flight attendants in the application of Standard Operating Procedures during high pressure emergency scenarios. The practical training was conducted on Phoenix aircraft and the scenarios addressed included aircraft decompression, the use of flight deck oxygen and radio transmission procedures. All of the Phoenix staff including the Engineering and Operations Departments worked in unison as a high performing and dynamic team to ensure the training was extremely successful.
