Safarilink announces new services
By Safarilink AviationFrom June 2013, Safarilink will add two new services in a show of confidence that Kenya will remain a choice destination for upmarket visitors coming to the country for a safari. Tourists will now be able to fly from the Masai Mara to Laikipia (a reverse of the existing Laikipia to Mara service), where some award winning safari camps are located. The second service will be from Laikipia to Wilson in the late afternoon, thereby offering a choice of a morning or afternoon service for visitors. Laikipia destinations include Loisaba, Lewa Downs, Samburu and Nanyuki, the latter offering access to camps in Ol Pejeta, Aberdares and Solio, and the Fairmont Mt. Kenya Safari Club.
