TIP: No one likes a spammer. Be careful not to spam your audience, either via email or on your social media platforms.

Quality is always better than quantity. Be careful not to push out half-baked messages or the same message over and over again. Rather take the time to craft consistently useful messages rather than a half-baked promotional message. If you are going to send out advertorial content via email or social media make sure that it is clearly branded as such and not trying to hide under a different guise. Give your audiences interesting information with a sales line at the end, or even just your logo and website link at the end - rather than hitting them with hard-sell messages all the time.
