Go2africa is growing
By Go2africa.comTarge Capital has purchased a 40% stake in Go2Africa, heralding a change in shareholders and the start of an exciting new phase for the company. Targe Capital is a private equity firm managed by Gary Macdonald and Greg Fury.
Shareholder Joanne Dickson departs after serving as managing director from 2004 to 2014, a decade during which she delivered exceptional service to the company. Go2Africa wishes Joanne the very best with her future endeavours.
Go2Africa's founder and chairman Mark Preyer says, ‘Go2Africa is going through an expansion phase with investments in strategic projects. Targe brings a critical investment perspective and access to capital, enabling Go2Africa to focus on its core business while developing projects, one of which will be a game-changer in the bespoke travel industry.’
