The Sanctuary at Ol Lentille expands conservation area in Laikipia
By Orbital CommunicationsThe Sanctuary at Ol Lentille is delighted to announce that their conservation area has recently increased size from 25,000 acres to over 40,000 acres. This successful conservation and community partnership is a pioneering example of how private partnerships with the community can successfully work in Kenya.
The team with the local communities have proudly created, conserved and protected over 40,000 acres of pristine wilderness which means guests enjoy an area three times the size of Manhattan to explore privately at their leisure. The lodge with only four villas can accommodate up to 14 adults (plus six children) and therefore offers incredible flexibility and exclusivity.
We all know that Laikipia is renowned for spectacular views, everyone is impressed with the setting, location and 360 degree views of Ol Lentille – located at one of the highest points of Laikipia it is very dramatic and humbling at over 6,000 feet.
