Tuli – a regional tourism hub
Tuli Safari Lodge is in the Northern Tuli Game Reserve in the far south-eastern corner of Botswana, close to where the country meets its neighbours South Africa and Botswana. We’re often asked where to combine Tuli with on an itinerary and have lots of new developments on this front to report.
Tuli is already easily accessible from Johannesburg using the daily Limpopo Valley Air Taxi from OR Tambo International to the charming Limpopo Valley Airfield, situated just 15 minutes from the lodge. This makes Tuli easy to combine with any other southern African safari destination.
New flights starting in June this year will make Tuli a true regional hub. There will be twice weekly flights between Tuli and Maun, gateway to the Okavango Delta, and also between Tuli and the Kruger National Park. In 2018 flights between Tuli and Vilanculos, on the Mozambique coast, will come on stream.
Tuli has also partnered with Pafuri River Camp in the northern Kruger National Park, and with a select association of lodges in the Limpopo Province of South Africa, to provide an easy itinerary showcasing the best of the region.
