Africa Albida introduces 24-hour reservations
By Africa Albida TourismFrom August 1, Africa Albida Tourism is now available for 24-hour reservations.
The group’s central reservations at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge will operate 24 hours a day, including Saturdays and Sundays. Two new sales consultants have been added to the current team to boost resources.
“This move has been implemented to better serve the needs of our customers who are not in the same time zones as we are, for example Australia, USA and Asia,” said CE, Ross Kennedy.
In another development, the company will introduce a LiveChat box on its website to facilitate real-time enquiries online.
“As a group, we are acutely aware of how quickly the world is changing, and we want to position ourselves in line with current trends and requirements,” said Kennedy.
