Victoria Falls will magically appear at Destinations UK

Visitors to the Destinations Holiday & Travel Show* are sure to fall for Zambia as Kamageo has commissioned the UK’s most innovative street artists to re-create a seemingly 3-D Victoria Falls across a huge area of the event’s floor-space, providing the illusion of being right there in Zambia.

Kamageo's Rich Whiston explained “It will be a visually breath-taking image to inspire travellers to visit Zambia for themselves and enjoy the beauty of Victoria Falls. You'll be able to sense how awesome the real version is.”

The 16 x 10ft art installation will take over a week to painstakingly create and a fun, yet informative “How We Made It” time-lapse video will be available to view nearer the launch date. Visitors to the show will be encouraged to ‘selfie’ themselves in the Devil’s Pool (nature's ultimate infinity pool, close to the edge of the Falls) and post the pics on social media. Zambia Tourism’s Donald Pelemakoyo added “Visitors will love this mini version of our famous falls, so imagine how much they’d enjoy the real thing in Zambia”. 

*The event runs at London’s Olympia from 1st – 4th February 2018.
