Flatdogs Camp Becomes Carbon Neutral

In its continued bid to be part of the solution not part of the problem, Flatdogs Camp has recently invested in Carbon Offsets from BioCarbon Partners (BCP) to become one of the first safari Camps in the South Luangwa National Park to become Carbon Neutral for Operations.

By buying carbon offsets Flatdogs is directly investing in habitat protection on its doorstep, as BCP are currently putting 700,000ha of Luangwa forest under protection. This intervention provides direct benefits to communities and is proven to reduce deforestation.

Flatdogs financially supports Conservation South Luangwa, community charity Project Luangwa, pays salaries for community forest guards and now invests in the wider Luangwa landscape by supporting BCP.
