GHD Master Chef Junior 1st Edition 2019

In order to magnify the end of the studies and the end of the training period of the students from the hospitality school INFH Mongomo, the Grand Hotel Djibloho organized for its first time a culinary competition “Master Chef Junior” the 08th June 2019 in the African restaurant LOM. In order to inculcate in them the values of responsibility, competition and team spirit that the professional culinary art entails, the restaurant has been managed mainly by the young students (kitchen and service).

During the competition each team presented a set menu to the guests who with the Jury, appreciated the quality of the plates and marked each menu.

The public and the organization were as one person feeling the dynamic and magic of the moment. But one of the most exciting moments of the competition, was the proclamation of the score of each group which was 697 points. Amazing!
