RwandAir To Temporarily Stop All Flights For 30 Days

Following instructions from the Rwandan Ministry of Health, RwandAir, the national airline of Rwanda, is to take further measures to help the global fight against Covid-19 coronavirus and temporarily suspend its commercial passenger flights.  

The measures will apply for a period of 30 days, beginning at 23.59 on Friday 20 March 2020, and affect all scheduled RwandAir flights departing from and arriving in Rwanda.

Customers holding tickets with RwandAir, for flights between 21 March and 20 April, have several future travel options including rebooking with the airline to fly at a later date. All change fees will be waived, giving customers more flexibility to delay their travel.

Whilst this suspension is planned to run until  20th April , it is hoped that operations may be able to restart earlier so please continue to review our website for the most up to date information.

All passengers booked during the period of suspension will have the option to change date to RwandAir flights on 21st April and after, receive a refund or reroute.
