Upskilling During Downtime with Jenman African Safaris
By Kim Sparrow, Jenman African Safaris“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”
Benjamin Franklin
Taking the opportunity to be productive during the pause in global tourism, Jenman African Safaris have launched an upskilling program to empower agents with useful tools to enhance expertise. The initiative begins with webinars on three predominant sectors, distributing information on our Tailor Made Safaris, Jenman Select and Guided Group Tours.
This week we have focused on our Tailor Made Safaris Webinar, delving into destination knowledge of Zimbabwe. Watch the recording of the webinar to get to know our tailor-made team more intimately, find out how we operate, and the services offered. The session also focuses on trending topics such as safety, currency updates, and how to ensure each trip has the most positive impact on local communities.
The Jenman African Safari specialists are available online for specific destination training requests, which will in turn generate additional upskilling sessions. Engage with us for further information on how to educate while we hibernate.
