By Alia Bellamy, Elewana AfricaThe World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) launched the world’s first ever global safety and hygiene stamp, specifically designed to allow travellers to recognise governments and businesses around the world that have adopted health and hygiene global standardised protocols in order to experience ‘Safe Travels’.
Kenya was awarded the WTTC Safe Travel Stamp in recognition of the destination’s implementation of the global health and hygiene standardised protocols. Kenya has been listed among the 80 global destinations certified and authorised to use the stamp.
