Introducing Olepangi Farm

A secret gem on the foothills of Mount Kenya, just north of Nanyuki, Olepangi Farm is full of charm and bursting with flowers, fresh vegetables, a small holding of dairy cows, 11 horses andsome very talented bees.  Our sustainable, organic farm provides the ideal springboard into the well known Laikipia area -  a top spot for wildlife and world leading conservation initiatives - or simply to slow down and enjoy time with those you are with on our tranquil farm. 

Whether you want to join our chefs on their morning vegetable gathering, prefer a late morning tea on your verandah or are up and out at sunrise to explore the Samburu, head out on a ride or safari on one of the neighbouring conservancies with a home grown picnic, no day is ever the same.  Our friends at Tropic Air can also collect our guests from the polo pitch to explore Mt Kenya or up to Lake Turkana - a great way to spend a day! 

Accommodation: Our 5 bedroom house (also bookable on a 3 bedroom rate) is hugely popular with families and friends, whilst our 2 bedroom cottage is beautifully affordable for families with children and we have a further 3 x1 bedroom cottages.

Best time of year? For those that love gardens, our flowers are at their best between June - September when the heat of the sun is less harsh. However, we are blessed with a relatively temperate climate so welcome guests throughout the year.
