GiveITBack
Airlink is making a difference in underprivileged schools. As part of its socio-economic programme, Airlink is collaborating with GiveITBack to provide needy schools in South Africa with information technology laboratories (IT labs) in an effort to provide the children with better access to learning. Airlink has completed two projects to date, Ekukhanyeni Special Needs School in Pietermaritzburg and Cophetsheni School in Nelspruit.

Airlink advises that it has reached agreement with South African Airways in business rescue (for the re-accommodation of SAA tickets issued after 6 December 2019 for travel on Airlink flights. In terms of the agreement, Airlink will re issue and re accommodate SAA (083) tickets issued on Airlink SA8 flights on Airlink (749) tickets for travel on future Airlink 4Z flights.

Midweek flights to Saint Helena Island December 2019 - March 2020
St Helena Government (SHG) and Airlink are pleased to announce that bookings are now open for midweek flights commencing in December 2019. In addition to the regularly scheduled weekly flight that operates on a Saturday, during the period December 2019 - March 2020 a second weekly flight will operate to St Helena on a Tuesday. Passengers are now able to make bookings up until late February 2020.
