Save the Rhino Calendar

As of the 31st of December 2012 over 645 rhinos have been poached in South Africa… This is over 1 rhino per a day. Appalling news – these tragic numbers put us on track to see some of the greatest losses of the animals in South African history, surpassing last year’s record number, a barbaric 448 poached rhinos. According to acclaimed rhino scientists, if poaching continues at its current rate South African’s rhino herd will go into population decline by mid-2012. Jenman African Safaris decided to take some action and do something different to support the fight against rhino poaching! The brave and wildly attractive staff at Jenman Safaris decided to shed their clothes – and inhibitions – for a new approach to rhino conservation with their first ever semi-nude body art, photographic 2013 calendar… It’s sexy, it’s tasteful, and it helps to save our rhinos! The funds are donated to the African Conservation Trust / Project Africa / Save the Rhino for much needed support to fight against rhino poaching. Cost: ZAR 120 per calendar (Project Rhino KZN gets 100% of proceeds) Order: (we accept VISA and MasterCard) – alternatively you can pay via EFT. More Information: email or go onto the following link to find out more. Like us on Facebook (and show your support):

The Grow Africa Foundation

Grow Africa is the responsible tourism initiative started by Jenman African Safaris and African Luxury Hideaways. The main focus is to make a positive impact on the environment, society and economy in the places we travel to. We do this by supporting local communities, and building environmental and cultural awareness.
