Ethiopian Airlines expands its flee
Boeing has delivered Ethiopian Airlines’ first 777-300ER, the largest airplane in the Ethiopian flag-carrier's fleet, to provide it with increased capacity and improved operating economics on key routes from its base in Addis Ababa. The aircraft will be deployed on long-haul, non-stop routes to the US and China.
In future months, an additional three 777-300ERs will join the continuously expanding fleet, providing the carrier with more options on new and existing routes across Africa and beyond.
Ethiopian Airlines, one of the fastest growing and profitable airlines in Africa, currently serves 76 destinations across five continents.
