KQ to fly direct to China

KQ will commence three nonstop flights from Nairobi to Guangzhou in China from 19th of November. At the moment, Kenya Airways flies to Guangzhou via Bangkok, daily. SA Express new routes

Direct South African Express (SAX) flights from Durban's King Shaka International Airport to Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia have been approved, opening up growth possibilities for the airport.  The airline has been granted the licenses to operate Durban-Maputo, Durban-Gaborone and Durban-Windhoek. Kenya Airways British Airways Update: Flights from Dubai to Nairobi reinstated.  Emirates Etihad Airways Qatar Airways SAA Turkish Airways SWISS Airlines cancelled its flight from/to Nairobi on August 9. LX flights 292 and 293 will be flying directly from/to Dar es Salaam without stopping in Nairobi. Kenya JKIA- Statement by President Kenyatta

State House Kenya President Kenyatta wishes to inform all stakeholders and Kenyans that the fire has been contained. The cause of the fire is being investigated. There is no reason to speculate at this point. There was no loss of life. There has been serious disruption of the aviation operations at the airport. KQ launches direct flights to Blantyre, Malawi

Kenya Airways has for the first time launched a direct route from Kenya’s capital Nairobi to Malawi’s commercial city Blantyre. KQ will fly three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and will connect Chileka Airport, Blantyre to the rest of the world, through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. On each of these days, it will depart from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi at 11:45 hours on an Embraer E190 Jet, arriving in Blantyre at 13:25 hours. …
