Atta’s service for members called Atta24 Crisis Call  is a free incident management system, developed by Atta and SATIB insurance brokers.

This important service is managed by SATIB’sincident management team and gives Atta members access to a highly qualified professionals in the immediate phase following an incident providing a remote incident management service.

What is Atta24 Crisis Call?

Atta24 Crisis Callforms an integral part of Atta’s risk management strategy for African operators and can (and indeed SHOULD) be coupled with medical emergency evacuation policies that can cover guests, staff or both.  Management of any critical situation by SATIB’s specialist team will minimize the loss and maximize the outcome. The field of litigation has changed drastically with liability becoming an onerous threat to all operators and for this reason this additional support is pivotal in taking the load off your shoulders by managing the incidents and controlling exposure. The scheme operates in much the same way as other services offered by Atta’s legal & medical advisors. Members will get initial access to the crisis team and if the incident is complex a billing scheme will kick in on an hourly basis.

Critical incidents impose a threat of loss – something bad happening that may cost life, limb, and money, loss of reputation, property or asset damage or business interruption.  The incident management team fall under the banner of Critical Incident Management Services (Critical IMS), a 100% owned Group Company who have been re-writing the way incidents are managed in Africa for almost a decade.

 

In an exclusive agreement with SATIB, Atta members will have access to the Critical IMS team in the immediate phase following an incident to ensure the Incident Action Plan is correctly set up with your team.

 

Management of these situations by our specialist team minimise the loss and maximises the outcome.
