BA: Process update for Travel Agents using customers personal or corporate payment card to purchase Ancillaries

Following further feedback on the acceptance of payment cards from Travel Agents requesting ancillary products on behalf of their customers, the process has been reviewed and amended as follows:

Travel Agents wishing to pay for ancillary products, which include paid seating, additional bags paid in advance or pre-paid meals, on behalf of their customers may do so, either via ba.com or by calling Trade Support. BA can accept any card registered to their customer including personal or corporate accounts. If their customer is not travelling as a passenger in the PNR, we will clear the card as a third party transaction.

Please note, we are unable to accept any payment card registered to the Travel Agent
