The World Travel & Tourism Council invites you to attend a Web seminar using WebEx. This event requires registration.
Daniel Hyslop, Research Director of the Institute for Economics and Peace, will present key findings from the Global Terrorism Index 2016. The Global Terrorism Index is the world’s leading metric for policymakers, assisting in their efforts to track, understand and measure the impact and underlying drivers of terrorism. This year's report explores the economic impact of terrorism on global and national economies, and provides a comprehensive overview of the current terrorist threat, exploring the impact of ISIS, Boko Haram and other non-state terrorist organisations.
This web seminar is one in a series hosted by the World Travel & Tourism Council for its Members and the wider community under the theme “Just the Facts” – looking to establish an objective, research-based understanding of the factors affecting the Travel & Tourism sector in particular, and the world economic environment which it supports.
