FCO Travel Advice- Tanzania - 15 March 2018
1:03pm, 15 March 2018: Latest update: Local laws and customs section – you should carry identification (a copy of your passport and visa/permit) at all times; if you’re planning to send your passport to the UK for renewal or replacement while in Tanzania, you’re advised to attend your local Immigration Service office and request a certified copy of your passport bio data page and any work or residence permits; Entry requirements section (Visas) – if you’re getting a visa on arrival, you may be asked for proof of your return journey
